That’s the right approach.

In my purchase, the payment went to the account identified on the transaction invoice and everything was handled according to the auction paperwork.

For a substantial payment, I would always verify the beneficiary name, bank details, invoice number, CARFAX report, vehicle details and total amount with the auction company before initiating the transfer.
